Internal regulations

1

Access to the campsite is reserved exclusively for campers; any other person must request entry permission at Reception. In exceptional cases, campers may request authorization to receive family members or friends. Visitors must present an identification document at Reception, which will be returned upon departure. Visitors will be considered day guests. Visitors’ vehicles must be parked in the campsite’s external parking area.

2

The campsite management reserves the right to expel any campers who, through their behavior, disturb the peace and harmony of other campers or fail to observe the rules of coexistence, morality, and decency as established in these regulations. The pitch holder will be responsible for all actions attributable to themselves and their companions.

3

All campers must complete the registration procedures at the Reception office upon arrival, indicating all chargeable items they intend to bring into the campsite. They must also deposit an identification document at Reception. Campers must vacate their pitch before 12:00 noon on the day of departure, leaving it in perfect condition, clean and tidy. The invoice must be settled at the time of departure by traveller’s cheques, cash, or card, noting that departures after 12:00 noon will incur the charge for the day of departure.

4

Minors under 18 years of age will only be admitted when accompanied by an adult who will assume full responsibility. Parents or guardians of minors will be responsible for any damage or accidents caused by them during their stay at the campsite.

5

Only campsite staff may give instructions for the proper installation of the tent, caravan, or car. No camper may change the pitch assigned upon arrival without prior authorization from Reception.

6

Campers who need to use water and electricity must inform Reception upon arrival. It is strictly forbidden to connect an unsuitable plug. Management reserves the right to deny the use of electrical connections to clients whose installations are not in perfect condition. The electrical connection boxes must be kept closed. Only campsite staff are authorized to inspect faults.

7

The entry of dogs and other animals that may pose a danger or cause inconvenience to campers is prohibited.

8

Although the use of barbecues within the pitch is permitted, lighting open fires inside the campsite is strictly prohibited.

9

Quiet and rest hours in the campsite are from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. All types of noise are prohibited, and the volume of radios, televisions, cassette players, etc., must be adjusted so as not to disturb other campers, and must be turned off if deemed appropriate by campsite staff. These devices must remain inside the accommodations.

10

Only one vehicle per pitch is allowed, and it must display the identification provided at Reception in a visible place. Any other vehicle must be parked outside the campsite. All vehicles must remain within the pitch or outside the campsite grounds.

11

Under no circumstances is it permitted to alter the natural condition of the land where the pitches are located. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden for campers to plant shrubs, flowers, or any other type of vegetation; likewise, the installation of fences or enclosures, as well as the construction of paved surfaces, paths, terraces, or similar materials, is prohibited. Only plastic or wooden grating may be placed under caravan awnings, and it must be removed at the same time as these. All pitches must be kept free of stones, flowerpots, or any similar elements inappropriate for camping activity, such as lampposts, fountains, terraces, spotlights, showers, stairs, and all kinds of fixed or removable structures, etc. Clothing must be hung on standard camping clotheslines in a visible place.

12

The maximum speed allowed within the campsite is 10 km/h. The campsite will be closed to vehicles and circulation within it will not be permitted from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Any camper arriving or wishing to leave during these hours must leave their vehicle outside.

13

Competitive or dangerous use of bicycles, motorcycles, scooters, or similar vehicles is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in their confiscation by management. Persons responsible for minors shall be accountable for any breach of this rule and must ensure the proper use of such vehicles in order to avoid disturbances.

14

Games and sports activities must be carried out in the designated areas.

15

To preserve the grounds, it is prohibited to discharge dirty or wastewater onto the land. On pitches without drainage, it is mandatory to use a container under the caravan to collect wastewater. These containers must be emptied into the chemical toilets.

16

The campsite fountains are for water collection only. Sinks must be used for washing dishes and kitchen utensils, and laundry must be done in the designated washing areas. Campers are requested to leave all facilities in perfect clean condition. Washing cars within the campsite is prohibited.

17

Waste must be placed in closed bags and deposited in the bins and containers located at the end of roads and pathways, as well as in other areas of the campsite, thus helping to maintain its cleanliness.

18

Tents or caravans may not be left unattended on the campsite without informing Reception, which may accept the absence under certain conditions or require the camper to leave the site with all their belongings.

19

The campsite is only responsible for the loss or theft of valuables or money that have been deposited at the Reception Office, as evidenced by the corresponding receipt issued at the time of deposit.

20

In all other cases, the management shall not be held liable for loss, misplacement, theft, or damage to campers’ belongings, nor for damages caused by fire, flooding, or force majeure affecting property or personal safety of campers.

21

Campers are required to follow the instructions given by management for the proper functioning of the campsite; otherwise, they may be expelled.

22

The use, possession, and handling of weapons or objects that may cause accidents is strictly prohibited.

23

It is difficult to regulate all the situations that may arise in a campsite within these regulations. Therefore, we ask for the cooperation and proper use of services from our guests so that the existence of these rules may go unnoticed.

Management reserves the right to make any modifications to these regulations.
