Booking
The booking will be considered confirmed once the campsite management has received a bank transfer or postal order for the amount of one night’s stay according to the current rates. The remaining balance of the booking will be paid upon arrival at the reserved accommodation.
Very important
A deposit of 70 euros must be paid at the campsite reception to cover any possible damage resulting from the use of the Bungalows and Family Accommodations. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay if the Bungalow or Family Accommodation is in the same condition as it was found.
Check-in - Check-out
Bungalows and Family Accommodations: check-in is from 2:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Campsite: throughout the season, the stay period runs from 12:00 noon to 12:00 noon the following day.
Cancellations
Any cancellation of a booking must be made IN WRITING (cancellations by telephone are not accepted). For cancellations of bookings in Medium and High Season, the deposit will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made more than one month in advance. If the cancellation is made between 15 days and one month before arrival, the campsite may retain 50% of the deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to arrival, the campsite may retain 100% of the deposit. Once the stay in the Bungalows and Family Accommodations has begun, leaving before the contracted dates will not entitle the guest to any discount. The cancellation of the booking will incur a fee of €2.
Refund of the booking deposit or stay payment
Only in the event of hospitalization or death of a family member, upon presentation of supporting documentation.
Stay
It is mandatory to wear the wristband for the use of the swimming pool, which will be provided upon arrival.
