How to get there

Take the N-121-A road

It is the main road that crosses the north of Navarre.

In Mugaire, join the N-121-B road

Continue towards Dantxarinea

Continue for approximately 12 km

Stay on the N-121-B until you reach the turn-off

Take the N-2600 road towards Erratzu

Follow the signs towards Erratzu and you will find the access to Camping Baztán

In July and August, in the mornings, we organize activities designed for children so they can have fun while enjoying nature. On Thursday evenings, there is a children’s movie night.

We guarantee that it will be open in July and August, but we aim to open it as early as possible in June and close it as late as possible in September, although this depends on weather conditions.

Yes, we offer Wi-Fi connection for our guests so you can stay connected during your stay. If you need more speed or data, please ask at reception and we will be happy to help.

Reservations and payments

We accept different payment methods for your convenience. We will inform you of all available options when making the reservation.

If you cancel at least 15 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded (except for €2 in handling fees). With less notice, no refund will be issued, but you may use it for another stay during the same season (subject to conditions).

Yes, to confirm the reservation we require a small deposit to guarantee the availability of the selected accommodation or pitch. For accommodations, a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required. To reserve a pitch, a deposit ranging between €30 and €50 is required, depending on the type of pitch and the season.

Pets

For hygiene and safety reasons, there are some restricted areas such as the swimming pool.

They must always be under control and on a leash, and respect coexistence with other guests.

Yes, pets are welcome so you can enjoy your stay in their company. Pets are allowed on pitches and in our standard bungalows (with a small additional fee).

Camping rules

Yes, visitors are allowed, but they must go to reception to register and comply with the campsite rules.

Barbecues are allowed as long as regulations and weather conditions permit. We will inform you upon your arrival.

Yes, we care about the rest of all our guests, so it is important to respect the night-time quiet hours.

Check-in and check-out times depend on the type of accommodation or pitch. For pitches, check-in is from 12:00 and check-out must be before 12:00. For accommodations and bungalows, check-in is from 14:00 and check-out must be before 11:00.

Accommodations and bungalows

Yes, we provide individual sets of bed linen and towels, fully sanitized. This set comes hermetically sealed directly from a professional laundry, ensuring maximum hygiene. They are also equipped with duvets and/or blankets to guarantee your comfort during your stay.

Yes, all our accommodations are prepared to offer you a comfortable and practical stay. They have a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, Italian-style coffee maker, kitchenware, cutlery, etc.). Cleaning equipment is provided (cloths, dishcloth, broom, mop, etc.), but NO cleaning products (no soaps, no dishwashing liquid, etc.). In any case, if you find anything missing upon arrival, please check with our team and we will do our best to assist you.

Yes, we want you to feel at home no matter the time of year. Both the family accommodations and the bungalows have air conditioning and heating.
