Camping Baztan tip

To fully enjoy the Irati Forest, we recommend setting off early in the morning, especially in autumn, when the forest attracts many visitors drawn by the spectacular colours of the beech forest.

How to get there

The Irati Forest is located in the Navarrese Pyrenees and is one of the most spectacular natural excursions you can enjoy during your stay at the campsite.

By car

  1. Leave the campsite heading towards Elizondo.
  2. Continue towards Doneztebe / Santesteban via the N-121-B road.
  3. From there, continue towards Pamplona.
  4. Before reaching Pamplona, take the turn-off towards Lumbier and Ochagavía.
  5. Continue to Ochagavía, one of the main access points to the Irati Forest.
  6. From the village, you will find signs leading to the forest’s parking areas and trails.
